The End Of South Elgin Personal Trainer “30 Days To Hell 90 Days Back To Wellness Mission”

Here is my before and after photo and my fat and weight loss results from the “30 Days To Hell/90 Days Back To Wellness” Mission.

If you are not too familiar with it and missed the beginning get the details >>here<<

The primary goal was to inspire, motivate and encourage wellness seekers to take action toward their health. It is not as hard as you think it is.

The secondary focus was to lose weight of about 15 pounds but I ended up losing 22.

The goal was after I climbed up to 17% body fat in my 30 days to hell to drop down to 7% body fat but I could not reach the goal as I dropped down to 8.2% body fat. Lost close to 9% body fat in the 90 days back to wellness phase. I learned a lot in the process.

It is really not about the fat and weight loss I had. It is about the discipline I had, the consistency without compromising to my diet, it is about clearing my mind from stuff that would destruct me from my goal and focus on it like a flash light in the dark.

It is so amazingly awesome because even though I did not reach my goal I learned a lot, feel like a champion and had a blast.

As a personal trainer, fitness boot camp and weight loss / fat loss expert I should, can and will do better next time. It is a challenging but fun task and next time I will reach it.

Saint Charles Illinois Fitness Boot Camp

A little fun contest: If you can guess how many sit ups and crunches I have done in the last 2 months of the 90 Days Back To Wellness I will give you one full blow metabolism elevating workout session…..Note: you dont have to give me the right number of repetitions. Approximately 50 plus/minus would be enough.

The New Fast Food. Super Healthy And 7 Times Faster Than Burger King

Here is one of the meals I prepare on My Way Back To Wellness mission (almost completed).

It takes me about 5 minutes to put it together but there is some previous work done to it. I grilled the sausage and the chicken breast and the veggies were already cut up in small zip lock bags ready to be served.

If you are a very busy person make sure you cook and prepare food for several days in advance. You dont want to get overwhelmed with cooking every few hours because I would like to to eat a minimum of 4-6 times depending on your goal.

Nutrition Facts

Chicken – 2 ounces – protein 48kcal

Sausage - 3 ounces – protein 48kcal – carb 8kcal – fat 135kcal

Mozzarella Cheese – 1 ounce – protein 28kcal – carb 4kcal – fat 40kcal

Avocado – half – protein 18kcal – carb 40kcal – fat 153kcal

Asparagus – (10 stalks) carb 20kcal – protein – 8kcal

Liutenitza(Bulgarian Dip) made from green peppers – 2 table spoons – carb 24kcal

Total: Fat – 328kcal Carb – 96kcal Protein – 150kcal = 574kcal

Keep in mind that the fat and protein content is intentionally higher. We want to rev the metabolism and by playing around to see how your body responds we modify it from there to improve body composition (lose fat, weight loss, build muscle, tone)

5 Minute Super Healthy, Great Looking And Tasting Meal Plan

Since you know that I am on a mission to rapidly get back to wellness I understand that I am busy and have to make my food choices very easy, convenient, fast, and delicious.

So here is one of my 5 minute meals I make several times a day. It is super fast and I really dont feel that it is taking me too much of valuable time even though I would not mind taking a longer because I see the value in eating healthy. I also feel the value.

So the chicken had already been cooked I just heated up and used half of chicken breast. While it was heating up I cut one green pepper and many beautifully cut pieces:). I had bought a Sicilian Olive salad, I had already soft boiled eggs which I only had to peel the shell, and I had already zipped locked  many servings of veggies which in this case I used on of the asparagus bags.

My Nutrition Preparation For The Whole Week In Less Than 3 Hours

Here is the real beginning of the second phase of my mission “90 Days Hristo Going Back To Wellness”

I went to the grocery store to purchase all the required items and products to go through the whole week without needing to eat out and consume something that is not congruent with my nutrition plan. I know that if I dont plan and prepare in advance I will end up eating something that will not serve me with my goals and mission.

It took me only 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete the shopping part and if that was an experienced shopper it would have been done for a lot less time.

I bought about 7-8 different varieties of vegetables for about 6 servings a day and bagged them in small zip-lock  bags so they will be very accessible every time I eat. 1 serving would be 1 cup of veggies.

I also bought different types of meat (steak, pork and chicken) so I will be getting different types of proteins. I cooked the meat so it will be ready for the whole week also and I cut it in portions so they will be readily available too.

I did the same with the eggs. I soft boiled them, peeled the shell and put them in a container so when I am very busy and ready for a breakfast or any time eating they will be ready for eating in seconds.

The shopping, begging, and cooking took me about 3 hours. So now I dont have to cook at all for the rest of the week. Now it literally takes me 5 minutes to prepare a meal that is delicious, nutritious and congruent with my nutrition plan. I did not eat anything that is not on those photos.

Here is couple of photos for you to see since on the one I forgot to put some items like the eggs
