The End Of South Elgin Personal Trainer “30 Days To Hell 90 Days Back To Wellness Mission”

Here is my before and after photo and my fat and weight loss results from the “30 Days To Hell/90 Days Back To Wellness” Mission.

If you are not too familiar with it and missed the beginning get the details >>here<<

The primary goal was to inspire, motivate and encourage wellness seekers to take action toward their health. It is not as hard as you think it is.

The secondary focus was to lose weight of about 15 pounds but I ended up losing 22.

The goal was after I climbed up to 17% body fat in my 30 days to hell to drop down to 7% body fat but I could not reach the goal as I dropped down to 8.2% body fat. Lost close to 9% body fat in the 90 days back to wellness phase. I learned a lot in the process.

It is really not about the fat and weight loss I had. It is about the discipline I had, the consistency without compromising to my diet, it is about clearing my mind from stuff that would destruct me from my goal and focus on it like a flash light in the dark.

It is so amazingly awesome because even though I did not reach my goal I learned a lot, feel like a champion and had a blast.

As a personal trainer, fitness boot camp and weight loss / fat loss expert I should, can and will do better next time. It is a challenging but fun task and next time I will reach it.

A little fun contest: If you can guess how many sit ups and crunches I have done in the last 2 months of the 90 Days Back To Wellness I will give you one full blow metabolism elevating workout session…..Note: you dont have to give me the right number of repetitions. Approximately 50 plus/minus would be enough.

Please leave me a comment or a question bellow and share with your friends and on facebook if you find it inspiring.

About Hristo Hristov

  • Hristo, I congratulate you on your focus and your discipline. You just inspired me. I have never been on diet in my life but this year i've been wanting to firm myself up but can't even find enough discipline to skip dinner or not have late snacks... I feel that just that would make difference in my case.
So again Big Congrats and Respect for your Dedication and Focus!!
