The Shocking Truth About Why You Don’t Like Healthy Foods.

The reason why people do not like or eat some of the healthy foods is…well,  it has nothing to do with taste or your taste buds. It is all psychological. It is very simple, I encourage you to start orienting yourself to eat healthy foods you dont usually like and stay very positively emotional, constantly look for the benefits from them when you eat those foods. Just test it for 3 weeks each day eating a certain type of veggie that you dont usually like.

Ask yourself: do i constantly try to like healthy foods? When someone hands/serves me healthy food, do i smile and take it with open arms or I make faces internally and say: Oh boy, I wish I had some chocolate now, I dont like those eggs, avocado, broccoli, asparagus.

Make sure you fill yourself with positive emotions while you are eating it. The more reasons you can come up for why this veggie is so healthy, delicious and awesome the sooner you will transform your taste for it.

If you are really serious about your health which you should be, I would even recommend you going to a higher level and write down all the reasons why and benefits you would receive from eating the veggie you chose and read them every day.

I know it sounds almost crazy and silly but stay with me here and be as open as possible about it and this is when you would see some positive changes

You have to change the way you thinkfeel, and talk to yourself in a positive way with benefits about healthy food and you will see how soon you will like them.

Simply put you need to change the way you have programmed your brain (as much as some of you will not like this expression), or your attitude toward healthy food.

This is not a theory. It is science and it works but it won’t work if you put it to the test.

Last weekend was a blast at the Health Freedom Expo here in Schaumburg Illinois. This 3 day event just rocks. I connected with top minds in the natural health and nutrition industry and reconnected with old friends there.

Local Community In Geneva Illinois Get In A Top Fitness Shape With South Elgin Personal Trainer

Here is a short video exercise footage I filmed of a local family from Geneva Illinois that got on the journey to Unleashed Wellness.

It never stops to amaze me how simple the blueprint to success in wellness is and many people suffer unnecessarily.

After many years of being a personal fitness trainer and boot camp coach I have been seeing a pattern which people are following and now I know who will be successful and who will fall back to the same ole habits.

I have personal training or boot camp clients that always ask me questions about fitness, health, how to lose fat and tone muscles more efficiently, always follow up on what I coach them, and yet others never even make the effort, be interested and ask me how I can help them improve their fitness and health goals, and they pay for it. Hard to believe but it is true

You already have an idea who will succeed in those 2 scenarios. It is always the people that are curious, interested and communicate with me about their success that go far.

Without further ado lets dive into the video and see how this family took quick action, started exercising together just like a family, encourage each other and saw quick results.

Bradly is a brand new fitness enthusiast with lifting weights and in his second week I have noticed a dramatic increase in his strength and posture for soccer, oh and he lost 6 pounds of fat. His sister Haley is no different, I can tell how she enjoys it and improved posture along with strength. She had I think about 4 or 5 pounds of weight loss as well in her second week.

And their mom Ramona on some days she even trains twice and she always looks great but I think this time she will do much better because of the built in social support and she sees how the little ones are improving so fast.

The End Of South Elgin Personal Trainer “30 Days To Hell 90 Days Back To Wellness Mission”

Here is my before and after photo and my fat and weight loss results from the “30 Days To Hell/90 Days Back To Wellness” Mission.

The primary goal was to inspire, motivate and encourage wellness seekers to take action toward their health. It is not as hard as you think it is.

The secondary focus was to lose weight of about 15 pounds but I ended up losing 22.

The goal was after I climbed up to 17% body fat in my 30 days to hell to drop down to 7% body fat but I could not reach the goal as I dropped down to 8.2% body fat. Lost close to 9% body fat in the 90 days back to wellness phase. I learned a lot in the process.

It is really not about the fat and weight loss I had. It is about the discipline I had, the consistency without compromising to my diet, it is about clearing my mind from stuff that would destruct me from my goal and focus on it like a flash light in the dark.

It is so amazingly awesome because even though I did not reach my goal I learned a lot, feel like a champion and had a blast.

As a personal trainer, fitness boot camp and weight loss / fat loss expert I should, can and will do better next time. It is a challenging but fun task and next time I will reach it.
